Transforming Dale! into an app represented a significant challenge for me, especially considering its previous iterations with names like K-7, Kashi, and Gou!. Redefining the application's identity involved not just a name change but also a complete overhaul of the user interface (UI) to provide a more cohesive and engaging experience. This process required careful planning and execution to ensure that the new design reflected the brand's vision and values.

Alongside my UX partner, tackling the UI design posed its own set of challenges. We needed to harmonize our approaches and ensure that both user experience and interface design were seamlessly integrated. Additionally, aligning all the teams involved in building the app, particularly in a cell-based or cross-functional team environment, added another layer of complexity. I focused on fostering collaboration among designers, developers, and other stakeholders, which was crucial to create a product that met both user and business expectations. I implemented joint working sessions, allowing each team to contribute their perspectives and experiences, which facilitated the development of a cohesive app. Through this collaborative approach, I successfully overcame these challenges and transformed Dale! into a platform that not only meets user needs but also sets a new standard for UI management.
